Love this place! Great balance of flavors and THE BEST falafel I’ve ever had from anywhere in the country. Goes great with some mini cheese pies and veggie grape leaves, with baklava for dessert. One of my regular lunch stops, I highly recommend this place to all my friends. (Ate the grape leaves before I took pics)
Very delicious food with great prices 👌🏻! I highly recommend this restaurant. They offer many halal options, and everything I tried was amazing. I had the chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches, the falafel sandwich, and the mixed grill plate and I loved all of them!
I got the mixed grill meal and my daughter got the cheese pie and a side of fries. We got 4 different pastries to try (baklava). It was 6 hours ago we ate here. I'm still thinking about how delicious the food was. The meat was smoky and flavorful, the rice was good, and the white sauce, which I have learned is toum was amazing. I'm going to be back, probably fairly soon. Restaurant was clean, nice atmosphere, employees lovely. The food was just so good. Im going to need to try more from their menu. Writing this review made me hungry. I wish I took a picture of my meal.
I recently had dinner at Cedarland Bakery & Restaurant again, and as always, the food and service were excellent. They serve authentic and wonderful Lebanese food. The hummus is the best I've had in the Dayton area, the tabouli is fantastic, and everything I've eaten at Cedarland has been great. The only reason I spent more than $20 is that I bought some food to go in addition to what I ordered for dinner at the restaurant. The food is that good! Very well done Cedarland!
This is my favorite mediterranean restaurant in Dayton. I love the sandwiches/wraps, and they have the BEST dolmas that I can find. I usually get delivery, they also have plenty of seating inside.
Absolutely adore this restaurant. I’ve eaten here several times before and the mixed platter I had this evening was amazing! I definitely recommend the spinach and cheese pie and baklava 👩🍳💋
I like food and when it's reasonably priced I usually give a review. Found good ratings on this place so I tried this place with my family. Very nice location. Safe to take the family. Parkimng is easy. Service was excellent. Mostly run by ladies who are welcoming, very homely and very hospitable. Would highly recommend this place if you have a family. The food is very delicious and priced just right. Definitely will take my family again. We tried them mixed grill platter, beef salad and a shawarma platter. Great taste and great value.
Cedar Land is the best kept secret of Dayton and easily the best Middle Eastern/Mediterranean spot around. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm, friendly service that makes you feel like family, not just a customer. The food is outstanding across the board. Everything tastes incredibly fresh (because it is), well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. The hummus is smooth and flavorful (the best I have ever had), the shawarma is perfectly spiced and tender, and the grilled meats are juicy and cooked just right. Portions are generous, prices are amazing, and every plate comes out looking and tasting amazing. What really sets Cedar Land apart is the consistency. You can come back again and again and the quality never drops. Whether you’re dining in or taking food to go, the experience is always excellent. If you’re in Dayton and craving authentic Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food, Cedar Land is a must-visit. Highly recommended!! you’ll be thinking about your next visit before you even leave.
Took my Mom here for her birthday. She got a Kebbe sandwich with Tabouli salad. I got a chicken shawarma sandwich with fries. Also bought some baklava! We were both satisfied with the food. Delicious and quite filling. Reasonable prices, nice atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming and nice. Will definitely come back!
The food was extraordinary! HIGHLY recommend trying the beef shawarma, the flavors, sauces, and ingredients, come together to form a Mediterranean paradise in your mouth! Overall quality of the food was very good, especially the hummus and fries. Not to mention their portion size was incredible, definitely worth the price. Staff was also very friendly and the restaurant was clean. If you're down for some traditional Middle Eastern food, this is the place to go!
